胰腺癌分子靶向治疗的研究进展
Research Progress of Molecular Targeted Therapy for Pancreatic Cancer
摘要
随着对胰腺癌细胞分子生物学特性的深入了解,靶向治疗被认为是很有前景的治疗方法。至今,虽然其在临床前及早期临床试验中显示出较好的抗肿瘤活性,但多数靶向药物治疗胰腺癌的Ⅲ期临床试验结果并不理想。胰腺癌细胞的分子异质性可能是导致药物治疗失败的原因。
