摘要
在Cy诱导的免疫功能增高和降低模型上,分别观察了Sey对DTH的影响。结果发现,在免疫功能增高状态下,Sey能不同程度的抑制DTH(60、90mg/Kg剂量组)、Cy导致的脾(60mg/Kg剂量组)及胸腺重量的增加;在Cy诱导的免疫功能低下状态下,三个剂量的Sey均对Cy抑制的小鼠DTH有拮抗作用,并能部分对抗Cy所制的胸腺及脾指数的降低。提示,Sey在不同的免疫状态下对淋巴细胞的功能有双向调节作用。
Effects of selenium-enriched yeast on the DTH in the mouse with the enhanced and suppressed immune function were investigated.It was found that Sey could inhibit the increase of DTH,thymus,and spleen in the mouse with enhanced immune function induced by cyclophosphamide at different doses.Meanwhile,Sey could enhanced DTH and increased the weight of thymus and spleen in suppressed immmune mouse.IT suggests that Sey may regulate the lymphocytes functions in different immune state.
