摘要
以二[(三甲基硅基)亚甲基]二氯化锡和三[(三甲基硅基)亚甲基]氯化锡为催化剂,通过苯乙酮和乙二醇合成苯乙酮环乙二缩酮的反应,探讨了含硅有机锡化合物的催化活性,并讨论了催化剂用量、溶剂、反应时间等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明,含硅有机锡化合物是合成苯乙酮环乙二缩酮的良好催化剂,当反应原料物质的量比为n(苯乙酮)[BFZ〗:n(乙二醇)=1:1.9,催化剂用量为反应物料质量分数的1.3%,环己烷为带水剂,用量15 mL,反应时间3 h,产物收率可达85.1%。
The catalytic properties of organotin compounds containing silicon, bis ( (trimethylsilyl) methyl) tin dichloride and tri ( (trimethylsilyl) methyl) tin chloride, were observed in the synthesis of acetophenone cylic ethylic ketal. The factors which affected the reactions, such as catalyst dosage, reaction time, and solvent kind etc. , were discussed. The results showed that organotin compounds containing silicon exhibited good catalytic activities for synthesis of acetophenone cylic ethylic ketal. The yield reached 85.1% under optimal compounds : mole ratio of aeetophenone to ethylene glycol 1 : 1.9, catalyst dosage was 1.3% based on the mass of the reactants, cyclohexane as water carrying agent,the amount was 15 mL, and the reaction time was 3h.
