摘要
以猴免疫缺陷病毒(SIV)为靶病毒和相应的CEMx174细胞系统为模型,以AZT为阳性对照药物,观察了从大豆提取的皂甙复合物及大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂对细胞病变的影响.结果表明,大豆皂甙复合物具有明显的抗SIV作用,而大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂则无抗SIV作用.
This paper presents the effects of soybean saponins and soybean trypsin inhibitor on cytopathic changes caused by the target virus SIV (simian immunodeficiency virus) on the respective CEMx 174 cells. The results showed that the inhibitory rates of SIV antigen positive cells were 72.5% and 4.7% when 62.5 μg/mL of soybean saponins and 250 μg/mL of soybean trypsin inhibitor were used, respectively, which indicated that soybean saponins had remarkable inhibitory effect on SIV in vitro , but soybean trypsin inhibitor had no such effect. Furthermore, soybean saponins were toxic to CEMx 174 cells while soybean trypsin inhibitor showed no toxicity.
