亚氨基二乙腈结晶生长与粒度的相关性

摘要 在连续结晶器内研究了亚氨基二乙腈的冷却结晶过程,发现在亚氨基二乙腈晶体颗粒尺寸大于100μm时的晶体生长基本符合生长速率与粒度无关的ΔL定律,当颗粒尺寸小于100μm时晶体的生长速率与粒度相关。同时,建立亚氨基二乙腈晶体与粒度相关的成长动力学MJ-3模型,利用数值分析方法直接拟和由实验所得的实验数据,此模型能很好的描述亚氨基二乙腈冷却结晶过程的晶体生长过程。 The growth rate of iminodiacetonitrile in the continuous cooling crystallizers basically obeys ΔL law when the particle size is greater than 100 μm,but deviates from ΔL law when the particle size is smaller than 100 μm.The growth of iminodiacetonitrile in crystalline process is size-dependent.The experimental data of population density distribution is fitted by the three-parameter model,and the results show that the growth rate equation MJ 3 maybe describe the growth of iminodiacetonitrile during crystalline process.
