摘要
目的调查吉林地区汉族人群4个Y染色体短串联重复序列(Y-STR)基因座的遗传多态性。方法利用PCR扩增和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对吉林地区汉族群体无关男性血样进行4个Y-STR基因座的分型。结果4个Y-STR基因座在吉林地区汉族群体分别发现4~5个等位基因,GD值最低为0.645 1(DYS389I),最高为0.716 7(DYS19)。结论4个Y-STR基因座在吉林地区汉族群体均具有较高的遗传多态性,可应用于法医学个体识别和亲子鉴定。
Objective To study the genetic polymorphisms of 4 Y chromosome specific short tandem repeat (STR) loci in Jilin Han population. Methods The DNA extracted from blood samples of unrelated individuals in Han population living in Jilin were amplified by PCR. The PCR products were analyzed by using PAGE. Results Four to five alleles were detected in 4 Y-STR loci respectively in Han population in Jilin. The minimum GD value was 0. 6451 (DYS389I) , while the maximum GD value was 0. 7167 (DYS19). Conclusion The 4 Y-specific STR loci are highly polymorphic and are suitable for personal identification and paternity testing.
