摘要
个人生态系统不和谐是造成学生心理问题的根源,可以通过建立"分层关怀"心理辅导体系,把心理辅导"嵌入"到学校各个系统中,促进学生与环境良好互动等途径,优化学校生态系统,促进学生心理健康。
The unharmonious individual ecological system is the root result in students' mental problem. In order to promote students' mental health,the following measures can be taken:building the mental assistance system of 'stratified caring' ,integrating mental assistance into every system of school,fostering good interaction between student and environment and optimizing ecological system of school.
