摘要 乳化酸由于缓速效果好,可达到深度酸化的目的,能解除地层较远处的堵塞,扩大甚至沟通更多的裂缝,极大地提高地层的渗流能力。由于技术、经济等方面的原因,目前很难对乳化酸酸化效果进行全面而有效的评价。文中介绍了一种简单易行的评价乳化酸酸化效果的方法,即产量不稳定法。该方法以物质平衡方程和拟稳定流方程为基础,无需进行任何其他测试,只需应用酸化前、后的生产数据,通过联立物质平衡方程与拟稳定流方程并对其进行求解,计算出油井酸化前、后的渗透率、表皮系数、控制半径、动态储量等参数的变化,即可评价乳化酸酸化效果的好坏。应用该方法评价了某油田11口井的乳化酸酸化效果,结果表明:该方法能及时有效地对乳化酸酸化效果进行评价。此外,解释结果还可用来指导重复酸化井的筛选。该方法操作简单,简便易行,具有一定的推广价值。 Because of good retardation effect of emulsified acid, it can reach the remote zone of formation to attain the purpose of deep acidizing, and can remove the farther formation plugging, enlarge the fractures and connect more fractures, which can enhance the percolation flow capacity of reservoir greatly. Due to the limitations of technology and economy, it is difficult to evaluate the acidizing effects of emulsified acid fully and effectively. This paper introduces a new method, i.e. production transient method, which is simple and easy to operate, to evaluate the effects of treatment etfeetively on the basis of material balance equation and pseudosteady state flow equation, which can calculate the parameters of permeability, skin factor, controlled radius and dynamic reserves through the siinultaneous material balance equation and pseudosteady state flow equation to solution, applying the production data before and after acidizing. Then the effect of emulsified acid acidizing can be evaluated by analyzing and comparing the parameters before and after treatment. The acidizing effect of emulsified acid is evaluated for 11 wells in an oilfield through the use of this method. The study result shows that the method can not only evaluate the effect of emulsified acid acidizing eftectively but also help to select the wells for reacidizing. In addition, this method is simple and has spread value.
