摘要
本文采用数字图像处理技术实现拉铆钉非接触实时在线的高精度测量。首先简单介绍硬件像素达到300万的图像采集系统的软硬件结构。其次详细给出了拉铆钉几何参数测量的算法,运用Matlab进行仿真分析。最后从应用理论和实验结果证明了此种非接触测量方法在工业现场正确性和研究性。
This paper realizes that pulling rivets are non-contact measured real-time, online and high-precision by digital image processing technology. First, the software and hardware structure are introduced, which can achieve to 3 megapixel. Second, algorithm for geometric parameters of pull rivets are designed, which is carried out by Matlab to get simulation analysis. Finally, the application theory and the experimental result have proved that non-contact measurement technique in the industry scene is accurate and necessary.
