20世纪90年代以来,许多跨国公司选择在东盟五国开展研发投资和建立研发中心,并取得了一定的成果。东盟五国投资环境的改善、科研创新能力和低廉的研发成本、五国市场的重要地位是吸引跨国公司进行R&D投资的关键因素。
Many TNCs have developed R＆D invests and built R＆D centers in ASEAN 5 since the 1990s, which have taken some effects. The four points including the meliorated invest environment, improved R＆D ability, low R＆D cost and the importance of the market of ASEAN 5 are the main aspects that attract invests of the TNCs.
