摘要 以园为本的教研是促进幼儿教师专业发展的有效途径之一,但是当前的园本教研存在教研形式、教研内容和教研主体过于单一的弊端,很难真正促进教师的专业发展。为此,我们尝试提出建立多元化的园本教研体系,以让更多的教师真正地参与教研,提高教研实效,促进全园教师专业发展水平的整体提高。 Kindergarten-based research is an important way to promote kindergarten teachers' professional development, but the current single form of kindergarten-based research could not generate sufficient positive impact. Based on the analysis in the article, we try to establish multiple kindergarten research system in order to allow more teachers to truly participate in kindergarten-based research.
