摘要
基于18S rRNA基因序列以近缘植物Paeonia suffruticosa和Mahonia bealei为外类群,采用邻接法(Neighbor-joining methods,NJ)和最大简约法(Maximum parsimony,MP)对毛茛科Ranunculaceae 6属12种植物的系统发育关系进行了分析.结果表明,18S rRNA基因序列长度范围在1807~1810bp之间,系统树显示耧斗菜属Aquilegia与唐松草属Thalictrum,升麻属Cimicifuga与乌头属Aconitum都互为姐妹群,显示他们具有较近的亲缘关系;本研究结论支持成立升麻亚科,也支持将芍药属独立为科的观点,为含木兰花碱生物碱及毛茛甙毛茛科植物以及毛茛科近缘植物的鉴别与亲缘关系提供了初步的分子依据.
A phylogenetic tree was constructed by using Neighbor-joining and Maximum parsimony methods based on the 18S rRNA gene sequences from 6 genus 12 plants of Ranuneulaceae and 2 outgroup taxa of Paeonia suffruticosa and Mahonia bealei. The result shows that the 18S rRNA sequence of Ranunculaceae lies between 1807 bp to 1810 bpl there was a relative close relationship between Aquilegia and Thalictrum, Cimicifuga and Aconitum. Results supported establishment of Cimicifugoideae and Paeoniaceae. A preliminary molecular basis was provided for distinguish the plants which contain Magnoflorine and Ranunculin and the relationship of the Ranunculaceae plants.
