摘要
以基础业务变革对读者服务能力提升的作用为切入点,集中阐述高校图书馆基础业务发展与完善的科学化进程,以更好地适应现代图书馆管理的要求。
It is noticed that today the traditional university library management was gradually weaken along with the rapid development of digital library. The authors explore the effects of reform of library management on enhancing the reader service ability. The focus is the process of making the traditional library management perfect in order to better serve the needs of modern library management.
