摘要
基于ISO11620图书馆绩效指标,针对图书馆员工绩效质量评价的复杂性特点,运用层次分析法构建评价模型,从而使评价结果更具质量保障,并对其应用作了说明。
Based on service concept of ISO11620 library performance index, according to the complexity of the performance evaluation of the college library staff, this paper instructs its model of evaluation with the analytic hierarchy process in order to guarantee the improvement of credibility and exactness of the reult of evaluation. The paper also gives instruction to implementation of the model of evaluation.
