急性早幼粒细胞白血病治疗中并发肝脾真菌感染一例
摘要
目的 提高对急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL）诱导缓解治疗中少见并发症的认识.方法 报道1例APL治疗中出现的肝、脾真菌感染（HSF）病例,并对相关文献进行复习总结.结果 APL治疗中可以导致HSF,采用积极有效抗真菌治疗和手术治疗,疗效显著.结论 在APL的治疗中出现发热要高度重视侵袭性真菌感染（IFI）的可能性,尤其是继发HSF,手术切除感染灶对于预后可能是有效的.
