摘要
对国外社区护理人力资源配置的3类方法和我国目前开展的社区护理人力资源配置研究进行了综述,为我国寻求科学合理、简单可行的社区护理人力资源配置方法提供依据,以便在有限的资源条件下最大限度地提高医疗服务质量。
It reviewed three different methods of community nursing resources allocation in abroad and community nursing resources allocation study carrying out in China at present, so as to provide some bases for searching a scientific,reasonable, simple and feasible method of allocation. And thus, the quality of medical services could be enhanced in maximum under the limited resources.
