摘要 特性阻抗测试仪,是利用时域反射法对被测件的特性阻抗进行测试。文章提出了以阶跃恢复二极管(SRD)作为核心器件,产生高速脉冲发生器的方法。利用阶跃恢复二极管反向恢复所出现的阶跃特性,可以把边沿较慢的脉冲信号整形成边沿较快的脉冲信号,同时介绍了相应的硬件电路设计和实现方法。设计方案的正确性,已在工程中得到验证。 Time Domain Reflectometry, TDR, test the characteristic impedance by time domain reflect theory. This paper presents a method of High-speed Pulse Generator which choose the Step Recovery Diodes as the core part of the pulse generator. Using the step response which step recovery diodes brings from reverse recovery,we can turn slower edge of the pulse signal high-speed pulse signal by weveform shaping.And then introduces the corresponding hardware circuit design and realization method. Its correctness has been verified in the implement of the project.
