摘要
提出了用状态变量法设计基于多端输出的电流控制第二代电流传输器(current controlled sec-ond generation current conveyor with multiple outputs,简记为MOCCCⅡ)的新型多功能电流模式二阶滤波电路。该滤波电路所需元件较少,二阶滤波器仅需仅需3个MOCCCⅡ、2个电容和1个电阻,无需元件匹配就能同时实现低通、带通、高通滤波输出。该电路所有的无源元件均接地,便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容,且具有很低的灵敏度。该滤波器可用于通信、电子测量与仪器仪表的信号处理。PSPICE仿真结果与理论分析相吻合,验证了该方法的可行性。
A way to design new multi-function current-mode second -order filter based on current controlled second gen- eration current conveyor with multiple outputs(MOCCCIIl) by State Variable Method is presented.The filter has some advan- tages compared to others, such as fewer components. The circuit is only composed of three MOCCCIIs and two capacitors and one resistance. It can realize low-pass, band-pass, high-pass filtering outputs at one time wthout component match- ing. All the RC elements are grounded, The circuit is integrated conveniently and is compatible with VLSI technology,and the sensitivities of the circuit are very low. The filter can be applied to signal processes of communication and electronic mea- sure and instrument. PSPICE simulation result is consistent with the theoretical analysis, and verifies the feasibility of this method.
