摘要
目的:了解新生儿抚触在社区应用的现状并提出护理对策,为社区护理工作提供依据。方法:采用入户调查法,由专业人员通过面对面的口头询问和自设问卷进行调查,随机设抚触组和非抚触组进行对比研究。结果:应用抚触的仅占被测新生儿总数的29.29%;抚触组新生儿父母亲的文化程度,家庭人均月收入情况及有无抚触培训经历等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:新生儿抚触在社区推广和应用状况不佳,可能与新生儿父母亲的文化程度、家庭人均月收入情况及抚触培训等因素有关,提示我们要加强新生儿抚触的宣传教育和培训工作。
Objective： To get a general idea about the SQ of neonate touching application in community and put forward the countermeasures for nursing the neonate,and to provide a solution for nursing work.Methods： Home survey method,asking question face to face by professional staff and self-designed questionnaire were used to investigate the neonate touching application,which were divided into the touching group and non-touching group at random to contrast the research.Results： 29.29% neonates of the total were applied the touching technique.Variance had statistical significance（P〈0.01）in the scores of touching group＇ parents which were higher than those of non-touching group in these aspects such as education degree,month income per capita of family,having touching training experience,having touching training need and so on.Conclusion： The application and generalization of neonate touching are not conducted very well,may be related to parents＇ education degree,month income per capita of family,having touching training experience and so on.So we need to strengthen propaganda education,touching training and guidance of application,of neonate touching.
