摘要
现代社会不断发展,就业竞争压力越来越大,尤其是女大学生的就业状况更加令人堪优。通过调研,总结了高校女生就业时的心理问题,提出调适三措施:政府须增强社会责任,为女生就业创造良好的环境;学校要加强就业心理教育,构建科学合理的教育模式;女生自身应提高综合素质和就业心理能力,适应社会就业竞争。
The continuous development of modem society, employment, increasing competitive pressure. Students graduating from colleges and universities in particular, the employment status of women is worthy of greater priority. In this paper, female graduates of the university＇s investigation, summed up the college female students for employment psychological problems, and from the government and society, schools, and individual aspects of female university students made self-employment psychological adjustment method.
