摘要
以金银花为材料,研究了其光合指标间的相关性。结果表明,从整个日变化的时间段看,金银花叶片净光合速率(Pn)与气孔导度(Gs)间呈极显著正相关,与光合有效辐射(PAR)间呈显著的正相关;采用通径分析方法考察多变量系统中各变量间直接及间接的相互作用,结果表明,金银花叶片净光合速率日变化的主要限制因素是光合有效辐射,其次是胞间CO2浓度。
In order to guide production practice theoretically,taking Lonicera japonica Thunb.as material,diurnal changes of the net photosynthetic rate(DCNPR) and correlation among the indices of photosynthesis were studied.The results showed that there were significant positive correlations between the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and stomatal conductance(Gs),photosynthetic active radiation(PAR),respectively.The certain degree negative correlation existed between the Pn and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci).The investigation of the direct and indirect reciprocity between variables in multivariable system was done by employing path coefficient analysis.The major restriction factor of DCNPR of Lonicera japonica Thunb.was PAR and the second was Ci.
