基于CVI和OPC技术的耐久性试验台监控系统设计

摘要 介绍了OPC技术及其数据采集的基本原理,设计了PC和总线端子通过Profibus总线构成的Profibus网络;利用OPC规范和COM技术在VC环境下生成动态链接库;并在Lab Windows/CVI环境下生成OPC客户端程序以实现PC与总线端子模块的实时通信,同时完成实时的数据处理,以保证对试验台的实时监控。所设计的监控系统具有一定的代表性,已应用于实际项目,目前系统运行稳定、可靠,效果良好。 The OPC technology and the principles of OPC data collection were introduced to design the Profibus network fabricated by PC and fieldbus terminal.Dynamic-link library was generated on the visual C + + platform by OPC specification and COM technology.And the OPC client process was formed on the LabWindows/CVI platform to ensure real-time communication between PC and terminal fieldbus.It was fillfulled to deal with real-time data at the same time and to control the durability test platform real-time.This representational control system was applied in some practical projects.The system was running with steady,reliable and good performance.
