东山煤矿综放面支架顶煤自燃火灾治理技术

Control Technology of Top Coal Spontaneous Combustion at Fully-Mechanized Working Face Support in Dongshan Mine

摘要 根据东山煤矿71505综放面的特征现状及停采撤架前出现的支架破碎顶煤自燃火灾,通过采用打钻压注高分子胶体及粉煤灰胶体材料的综合灭火技术,并在整个灭火过程中加强跟踪监测。监测结果表明:经过7d时间的灭火后,CO不再出现,所采取的综合灭火技术是科学有效的,在相似条件的工作面具有一定的参考价值。 According to the characteristics of spontaneous combustion in fragmentary support top coal before removing support because of mining cease at No. 71505 fully-mechanized face in DongShan mine, we used a complex extinguishing technology by boring and injecting macromolecule gel and fly-ash compound gel. In the process of fire fighting, monitoring was enhanced. The results indicate that CO no longer appears after 7 days of fire fighting. Therefore the integrated extinguishing technology is scientific and effective, and has reference value for the working faces with the similar condition.
