大鼠心内血管活性肠肽神经元──PAP法研究 被引量:2

VASOACTIVE INTESTINAL PEPTIDE-LIKE IMMUNOREACTIVE NEURONS IN THE RAT HEART──PAP METHOD STUDY

摘要 应用PAP免疫组织化学技术对大鼠心内血管活性肠肽神经元进行了研究、结果表明:在大鼠心脏心房后壁和心传导系统中的心内神经节内,存在着血管活性肠肽免疫活性神经细胞,这些细胞多为梭形或圆形,大小中等,并对它的功能进行了讨论。 Vasoactive intestinal peptide-like immunoreactive neurons in the rat heart were studied by using immunohistochemical PAP technique. The results showed that many vasoactive intestinal peptide-like immunoreactive cell bodies were present in the intracardiac ganglia in posterior wall of atria and the conduction system. These cells were usually middle sized fusiform or round in shape, and their functions were discussed.
