摘要
目的探讨多西他赛(docetaxel,DOC,多西紫杉醇)联合环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamid,CTX)方案(TC方案)新辅助化疗后行乳腔镜保乳手术近期疗效及美容效果。方法32例乳腺癌接受TC方案化疗2周期后行乳腔镜保乳术。结果TC方案新辅助化疗客观有效率90.6%,保乳手术后对乳腺形态满意率93.8%。结论早期乳腺癌TC方案化疗后,肿瘤分期降低,便于保乳。乳腔镜保乳美容效果好。
Objective To evaluate short-term effects and cosmetic results of docetaxel and cyclophosphamid （TC regimen） chemotherapy combined with mammary duetoscopy in breast-conserving surgery. Methods After a neoadjuvant chemotherapy with TC regimen for 2 courses, the breast-conserving surgery was performed with mammary ductoscopy in 32 cases. Results Responses to the neoadjuvant chemotherapy with TC regimen showed the effective rate was 90.6%. The cosmesis favorable rate was 93. 8%. Conclusions TC regimen chemotherapy of early breast cancer decreases the odds of progression of disease and benefits further breast-conserving surgery.
