摘要
采用面板数据模型,将土地要素引入C-D生产函数,以上海工业开发区为实证对象,对土地要素在开发区经济增长中的贡献进行定量研究。研究结果:土地要素仍然是拉动上海工业开发区工业经济增长的重要因素;上海开发区资本投入的整体规模报酬呈递增趋势;土地要素在开发区经济发展中仍难以被其它生产要素所替代。研究结论:下一步土地开发的重点应调整到存量土地盘活、土地二次开发上。
By using Panel Data model,introducing land element into Cobb—Douglas production function and taking Shanghai Industrial Development Zone as an example,this paper has used empirical approach on the contribution of land element in the economic growth of development zone.The results showed that： land element is still an important factor to fuel economic growth of Shanghai industrial development zone;the overall scale reward of capital input in Shanghai development zone is showing an increase trend;in the economic growth of development zone,it is still difficult for other production element to substitute land element.It is concluded that make good use of land reserves and secondary development should be next step＇s work emphasis.
