摘要
对13份紫粒小麦和17份蓝粒小麦的6个农艺性状和7个品质性状进行了分析,结果表明,蓝、紫粒小麦的蛋白质含量较高,平均值分别为14.28%和13.37%;稳定时间较长,平均值分别为8.54,10.71 min。紫粒小麦的穗长和公顷穗数的变异系数分别达到17.6%和16.9%。相关分析表明,株高与公顷产量呈极显著正相关,公顷穗数与蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量之间显著负相关。对13种参数标准化后聚类分析,蓝、紫粒小麦之间呈明显的各自聚类趋势,说明蓝、紫粒小麦为不同的类群。
Six agronomic and seven quality characters were analysed in 13 purple wheat lines and 17 blue wheat lines. The results indicated that the protein content were higher in blue and purple wheat lines, average 14.28% and 13.37% respectively, longer stability time average 8.54 rain and 10.71 min. The variation coefficient were 17.6% and 16.97% respectively in spikes length and spikes per mu of purple wheat lines. The correlation analysis results showed that the plant height had more significant positive correlation with yield per mu, spikes per mu had significant negative correlation with protein content and wet gluten content. 13 parameters were standardized and clustering analyzed, the result indicated that there are cluster tendency respectively in purple and blue wheat, it suggested that the purple and blue wheat belong to different class groups.
