摘要
通过盆栽试验,分析了重金属Pb对6种茄果类蔬菜Vc、还原糖等含量及生长状况的影响,结果表明,在500 mg/kgPb处理下的土壤中,美国大红番茄、紫薇三号茄子表现出了较强的抗性,是优质、高产、耐铅、低积累型的蔬菜品种。研究结果为提高蔬菜品质、控制蔬菜重金属污染提供了科学依据。
This investigation analyzed the effect of heavy metal Pb to the quantity of Vc, reducing sugar and growing condition of six kinds of solanaceous fruit vegetable. The results show that American Red Tomatoes and Elaeagnus No.3 eggplant's hardiness are better than others and they are the kinds of vegetable which are high quality, productivity, lead-resistance and less Pb accumulation. It provides scientific basis for improving the quality of vegetable and control of heavy metal pollution.
