摘要
通过测定不同存放时间颗粒生物肥料中微生物菌株的有效活菌数量,对颗粒生物肥料中微生物菌株的组合及存活进行了初步探讨。结果表明,同一养分情况下,有效活菌数随着颗粒菌剂数量的增加而递增;菌剂数量一定时,有效活菌数随总养分的增加基本上呈递减的趋势;当总养分为5%、菌剂数量为120粒时,肥料中活菌数量达到最大值,为2.74×108个/g;当总养分为25%、菌剂数量为30粒时,肥料中活菌数量达到最小值,为2.6×107个/g;有效活菌数随着时间的延长而递减,当肥料放置3个月时,有效活菌数都在2×107个/g以上。
In this paper, microbial strain combination and survival in granular biocompound fertilizer were studied by determining the effective number of living bacteria of microbial strain in deferent depositing time. The results showed that: the effective number of living bacteria with antimicrobial particles increased the number of increments under the same nutrient conditions; the effective number of living bacteria was basically reduce with an increase in the total nutrient when the number reach to a certain fungus; the effective number of living bacteria decreased along with the growth of time. The maximum effective number(2.74×10^8) of living bacteria in granular biocompound fertilizer were observed at 120 of the microbial strain capsule number and 5% of nutrient content. When the microbial strain capsule number was 30 and nutrient content was 25%, the effective number of living bacteria was minimum. When the fertilizer was stored for 3 months, the number of viable cells effective survival was about 80%. Number of living bacteria is 2 ×10^7 or above.
