摘要
目的观察在西医药治疗基础上加用盐酸川芎嗪注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将患者60例随机分为对照组和治疗组,均给予抗心绞痛基础用药,治疗组加用盐酸川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注,对照组加用鲁南欣康静脉滴注,疗程均为14 d。结果治疗组总疗效率为92.10%,与对照组的90.91%相近;治疗组心电图改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸川芎嗪注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the western medicine plus Liqustrazine hydrochloride injection-therapy for the treatment of unstable angina to the senior patients.Methods Sixty patients were divided into two groups.The two groups were treated by the anti-angina medicine.The treatment of group 1（hereinafter called treated group） was combined with Liqustrazine hydrochloride injection while the group 2（hereinafter called comparable group） was combined with Lunanxinkang.Both of the groups＇ treatment period were 14 d.Results The treated group＇s overall effective rate was 92.10%,which was closed to the comparable group＇s rate of 90.91%;moreover,the ECG results showed that the treated group was better improved than the comparable group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of Liqustrazine hydrochloride injection gains better curative effect than the therapy of Lunanxinkang injection.
