摘要
基于三维雷诺平均Navier-Stokes方程、RNGk-ε紊流模型和SIMPLE算法,对一灯泡贯流泵装置模型的内部三维流场进行了全流道数值模拟.对同一转速下流量为20~35 L/s范围内的7个工况点的扬程、轴功率和效率等性能参数进行了预测,分析了泵装置内部速度场的分布.计算结果表明:在最优工况点,泵装置内部水流流态较好,压力分布也比较均匀;而在小流量和大流量工况下,包括灯泡体在内的出水流道内流态紊乱,出现偏流、脱流和旋涡等不良流态.为了验证计算的准确性和可靠性,对该装置模型进行了性能试验,并将数值模拟计算结果与模型试验的数据进行了对比,两者在高效区附近吻合较好,但在小流量和大流量工况下存在偏差.
Based on the Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes equations and the RNG k-ε turbulent model,the three-dimensional flow field in a tubular pump system was simulated by CFD.The performance parameters of pump system such as head,shaft power and efficiency were predicted based on the calculation of different operating conditions with the flow rate range from 20 L/s to 35 L/s at the same rotating speed.At the best efficiency condition,the pressure is well-distributed,and the flow pattern is steady,at small and large flow rate conditions the flow pattern in discharge passage becomes turbulent,flow deviation,separation and vortex are appeared.For verifying the accuracy and reliability of the calculation results,a model test was conducted.The comparison of simulation results and the experiment data show that the calculation performances close agree with the experiment results in the high efficiency area,but under the condition of large discharge and low rate,deviations exist between the two results.
