摘要 利用声发射传感器、PCI-2声发射数据采集卡和AEwin软件系统建立滚动轴承故障检测试验台,进行轴承故障诊断。利用能量分析法对采集的声发射(AE)信号进行初步故障诊断,对自相关处理后的声发射信号进行FFT变换得到频域信号,并采用模糊识别法中的"择近原则",通过建立隶属函数和贴近度函数来识别轴承的故障类型。 The rolling bearing fault detection test-bed is established for the rolling bearing fault diagnosis,which is based on the acoustic emission sensors,PCI-2 AE data acquisition card and AEwin software systems.The AE signals are processed by energy analytical method for preliminary fault diagnosis.The autocorrelation processed AE signals are transformed by FFT to obtain the frequency domain signals,and the approximately principle in the fuzzy recognition method is adopted;the membership functions and closeness function are established to identify the fault type of rolling bearings.
