摘要
针对超深井钻井对钻井液的要求,采用氧化-还原体系,通过对含磺酸烯基单体的选择和单体配比及引发剂用量的考察,在兼顾聚合物相对分子质量和降滤失效果的情况下,确定了聚合物合成的原料配比,在优化配方的基础上合成了一种聚合物降滤失剂PFL-1,对其在钻井液中的降滤失剂性能进行了初步评价,并用傅里叶红外光谱仪对PFL-1进行了红外光谱分析。结果表明,PFL-1不仅具有较强的降滤失能力,且其1%水溶液的黏度较低(低于15 mPa.s),在钻井液中的黏度效应小,热稳定性好,抗温抗盐能力强,用该降滤失剂处理的钻井液即使经过240℃高温老化后其滤失量仍然较低,与SMC、SMP等具有较好的配伍性。
According to the requirements of deep wells on drilling fluid,a polymer fluid loss reagent named PFL-1 was developed using oxidation-reduction system through formula optimization and investigation of proper sulfonic acid alkenyl monomer and monomer ratio,along with considering polymer molecular weight and the effect of fluid loss.Its fluid loss effectiveness in drilling fluid was evaluated preliminarily.Its infrared spectrum was analyzed using Fourier infrared spectroscopy.Tests results show that PFL-1 performs high fluid loss ability,low viscosity(less than 15 mPa·s with 1% weight percent),small impact on drilling fluid viscosity,good thermal stability(lower fluid loss at 240 ℃),high salt resistance,and better compatibility with additives such as SMC and SMP,etc.
