我国东西部企业知识转化绩效比较研究 被引量:8

The Comparing Analysis on Core Competence Formation between East and West Zone Based on Knowledge Transferring In China

摘要 根据知识理论的精髓,知识转化是知识管理过程中的关键环节,是企业核心能力形成的最直接最根本的推动力。我国国民经济的飞速发展在很大程度上源于企业核心能力的提升,在这方面,东西部企业均做出了巨大的贡献。由于政治、经济、文化等因素的影响,我国西部地区的发展明显滞后于东部地区,而第五代战略理论中所倡导的核心能力的培育是消除我国地区经济发展不平衡的有效措施。经验性的研究揭示了基于核心能力培育方向上的知识转化的微观路径机理,从而为东西部企业进一步加强知识转化、并缩短东西部企业核心能力的差距提供了现实性的理论性策略。 The knowledge transferring is the hinge link in the process of knowledge management, and is the most radical impulse in the process of formation of core competence according to core contents of knowledge theory.The rapid advancement of our national economy originates from the development of core competence, and the both ease and west enterprises have taken a great role.The west zone lags the east zone in the kinds of economy advancement obviously owing to the element of politics, economy and civilization.The cultivation of core competence on the initiative of the fifth generation strategy theory is the valid method of eliminating the economy out-of-balance in our country.The empirical study may disclose the micro path mechanism of knowledge transition for the cultivation of core capability, which may provide the actual theory strategies for eastern and western enterprise to strengthen the knowledge transferring and reduce the distance of core competence.
