摘要
以某一多层砌体结构教学楼为例,详细介绍了建筑物抗震鉴定的内容和操作方法,结合《建筑抗震鉴定标准》得出有关结论,并针对性地提出了抗震加固措施,以期提高教学楼的整体抗震能力,保证其安全使用,也为类似工程积累了经验。
Taking a multi-storey classroom building as example, it introduces in details the content and operation method of building earth- quake-resistant evaluation. Combining with Standard for Earthquake-Resistant Evaluation of Buildings the relevant conclusion is reached. It puts forward earthquake-resistant reinforcement measures against related problems, so as to improve the general earthquake-resistant capacity of classroom buildings and ensure its safe use, as well as accumulate experience for similar project.
