摘要
在纯棉细特高密特宽品种经纱上浆过程中,使用DF818接枝淀粉浆料取代80%的PVA后,织造经向断头下降26%,织机效率提高6个百分点,用浆成本则减少13%;在涤棉细特特宽幅品种经纱上浆过程中,用DF838接枝淀粉浆料替代75%的PVA后,织机经向断头下降28%,效率提高5个百分点,上浆成本则降低20%。实践证明:使用DF818、838系列浆料取代PVA上浆不仅完全可行,而且织机效率明显提高,用浆成本大幅下降,又符合环保要求。
In wrap yarn sizing for high density, high count and high width pure cotton fine cloth, the replacement of 80% PVA with DF818 starch size can reduce 20% warp ends breakage and raise 6% weaving efficiency and cut 13% sizing cost at least. In warp yarn sizing for high density, high count and high width polyester and cotton blended yarn fine cloth, the replacement of 75% PVA with DF818 starch size can reduce 28% warp ends breakage and raise 5% weaving efficiency and cut 20% sizing cost. The practice proves that the replacemem of PVA with DF818, DF838 series of starch size is possible, sizing with DF818 and 838 series of size can raise high efficient and save cost and protect environment.
