上海市嘉定区传染病自动预警系统运行现状分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的了解嘉定区传染病自动预警系统运行现状,探索完善传染病预警工作模式,切实提高区域预警工作质量和实效。方法收集嘉定区2008年4月21日~2009年4月20日《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》子系统《传染病自动预警信息系统》数据资料,应用描述性分析。结果嘉定区2008年4月21日~2009年4月20日传染病自动预警系统共发送预警信号670次,平均1.74次/日,涉及9个病种,预警时间分布以6、7月份高发;预警类型中时空探测占58.21%,时间序列占41.71%,无单病例预警;所有异常信息均以监测数据分析方式及时进行核实、判定排除。结论目前嘉定区传染病自动预警系统运行平稳,灵敏度较高,能及时发现异常疫情预警提示防控,提高了疾病预防控制机构早期发现和识别传染病暴发与流行的能力。 Objective To find out the current working state Infectious Disease Automatic Early Warning System in Jiading District and to explore and perfect the infectious disease warning methodology in the area in order to solidly improve the quality and effect of the local warning work.Methods The data were collected during 21st April 2008 and 20th April 2009 in Jiading District from the "Infectious Disease Automatic Early Warning Information System",which is a sub-system of "China Disease Prevention and Control Information System".descriptive epidemiological analysis was applied.Results During 21st April 2008 and 20th April 2009,Jiading District Infectious Disease Automatic Early Warning System had sent 670 warning messages,i.e.the average 1.74 messages daily,which cover 9 disease categories.June and July are two months of highest occurrence.Among all messages 58.21% are time-space detective;the other 41.71% are time sequential.There was no independent disease warning,since all exceptional information is timely confirmed,judged and excluded by means of data monitoring and analyzing.Conclusion The Infectious Disease Automatic Early Warning System in Jiading District is currently working under a stable condition,It is sensitive enough to discover abnormal epidemic signals and quickly broadcast prevention and control warnings,hence enhancing the capability of disease prevention and control organizations to discover and detect any potential explosion or prevalence of any infectious disease at an early time.
