摘要
目的了解深圳市居民意外伤害死亡情况,探讨其预防控制措施,为开展伤害预防干预提供参考。方法分析深圳市2006年居民意外伤害死因资料。结果2006年深圳市常住居民年意外伤害死亡率平均为29.04/10万,位居所有疾病死亡的第一位;男性的意外伤害死亡率高于女性;意外伤害前三位死因顺位是:交通事故(34.34%)、意外跌落(17.40%)和意外中毒(12.61%);前三位死亡顺位男性与女性基本相似;不同年龄组和不同职业人群意外伤害死亡原因构成不同。结论意外伤害死亡是深圳市居民的第一位死因,应引起政府及有关部门的高度重视,并采取相应的预防干预措施。
Objective To study the death causes of injury among the inhabitants in Shenzhen and to explore the prevention and control measures.Methods The data of death among inhabitants in Shenzhen in 2006 were analyzed.Results The average standardized mortality rate of accidents was 29.04/100 000,which taken the first place in all death causes.The mortality rate of accidental injury among male was higher than that among female.The main death causes of accidental injury were traffic accident（34.34%）,falling（17.40%） and accidental poisoning（12.61%）.The sequences of top three death causes of accidental injury among male were the same as that among female.All the death causes of accidental injury were different among different age groups and different occupational groups.Conclusions Injury were the first death cause among inhabitants.More attention should be paid and the measures should be taken for its prevention.
