摘要
水平定向钻穿越方案的设计,目前多依靠施工队伍的经验来完成,缺乏必要的理论依据。文章从入土点选取与曲线结构优化两个方面对比分析了垂直平面法、斜平面法和动态规划法三种水平定向钻穿越方案的设计方法,修正了现行的垂直平面法。分析表明,入土点应根据钻机场地要求与地质条件进行选取;垂直平面法最具实际应用价值,并解决了现行方法所得曲线不光滑问题;扩孔比是方案设计的一项重要参数,与穿越管道的管径、长度以及施工队伍的水平有定性关系。
At present,the scheme design of pipeline crossing,as the first step of horizontal directional drilling(HDD) construction,depends mostly on the experience of contractor and is lack of necessary theories.For this issue,the paper presents a comparison of three design methods including vertical plane,oblique plane and dynamic programming in two aspects of drilling entrance selection and bore-path profile optimization,and revises the present vertical plane method.The analysis shows that the drilling entrance point should be determined according to rig site requirement and geologic condition;the method of vertical plane is the most reasonable one for field construction;the problem of unsmooth bore-path profile resulting from the present vertial plane method is solved;the reaming ratio is an important parameter in the scheme design which has a qualitative relationship with pipe diameter,crossing length and skill level of contractor.
