摘要
文章阐述了采用由沉砂调节池—沉降除油罐—三相分离器—高效气浮机—核桃壳过滤器—双介质过滤器—纤维球过滤器—精密过滤器组成的水处理工艺流程处理陕北某油田采出水的过程,并介绍了该工艺使用的设备和运行参数。工程实践表明,处理后的污水水质稳定,达到并高于SY/T5329-1994《碎屑岩藏注水水质推荐标准》关于低渗透率油田回注水水质标准。
An oilfield water treatment course adopted by one oilfield in north Shanxi is described,that is as follows:grit chamber—settling and deoiling tank—three phase separator—high efficiency air float device—nut shell filter—double medium filter—fiber ball filter—precision filter.The equipment and operational parameters are also introduced.The engineering practice shows that the treated water quality is stable and satisfies the specifications of rejection water for low permeability oilfield stipulated by SY/T 5329-94 'The Recommended Index for Injected Water Quality for Clastic Rock Reservoir'.
