摘要
蓄电池组是变电站直流操作电源系统的重要组成设备,其在交流停电时为负载提供不间断电源。为实现对蓄电池的主动维护,设计出基于RS485总线的分布式电池管理装置,其由若干测试单元和一台监测单元组成。测试单元内置自带模数转换的单片机,对单体电池的端电压实现实时检测,并在电池充电时实施PWM分流法,监测单元分析各节电池状况,通过测试模块单元内部的PWM分流电路,实现单节电池的均衡充电,克服电池间的不一致性。
The battery bank is an important device of DC operation system in substation,which supplies uninterrupted power for load when AC power is off.To realize active maintenance for battery,a distributed battery management device based on RS485 bus is designed.The device is made of some measuring units and a monitor unit.The measuring unit contains a single chip microcomputer with AD,realizes real time measurement to the voltage of each battery.When battery bank is charged,PWM distributing method is carried out.The monitor unit analyzes status of each battery,directs PWM distributing circuit in measuring unit to realize equalization charge for single battery.So the disequilibrium among batteries can be overcome.
