摘要
在传统磨齿机的基础上,采用功能强大的Pro/E三维实体建模软件,进行数控成形磨齿机的三维建模,实现磨齿机的参数化设计.Pro/E可以方便地设计出磨齿机的三维实体模型,进行装配和干涉检查,在做出磨齿机之前就可以模拟实物零件进行装配及测试,为磨齿机产品的更新换代提供方便.
This paper based on traditional Grinding machine, using Pro/E sofuware builds three dimensional solid modeling, and realizes the parametric design of CNC Form ing Grinding machine. The software can easily design grind ing machine＇s three-dimensional solid model, assembly and interference checking. Before making a grinding machine, it can simulate the physical components for assembly and test, enable users to quickly and accurately understand the desig ner＇s intention, facilitate the upgrading of grinding machine products.
