摘要
通过对功能材料Fe-Mn合金试制过程中出现的质量问题进行探讨,得出:真空感应炉熔炼Fe-Mn合金充Ar200乇条件下,Mn收得率可按94.4%左右进行估计;Fe-Mn合金锻件由于存在局部晶粒粗大和组织不均匀,因而引起杂波探伤异常;Fe-Mn合金加热温度1 140℃±10℃,停锻温度≥900℃,末火变形量大于30%的工艺条件下,可防止探伤杂波异常的出现。
Discussing the quality problems occurred in the trial production of function material Fe - Mn alloy, it' s concluded that the yielding rate of Mn can be estimated to be about 94.4% in condition of argon filling 200 torr during the melting of the Fe - Mn alloy in vacuum induction furnace; the local coarse grain and nonuniform microstructure existed in the Fc - Mn alloy forgings cause clutter signal inspection abnormal; the clutter signal inspection abnormal condition can be prevented on the process condition that the heating temperature of the Fe - Mn alloy is 1140 ± 10℃, the forging stop temperature ≥ 900℃, and the end fire deformation 〉 30%.
