摘要
通过在原受料输送辊道前研制并安装一组825初轧机受料输送辊道,采用单独传动型式,作为原受料输送辊道的延伸,每个辊道由一台电机带动并且用变频器进行调速,个别辊道出现故障时不会影响其它辊道的正常运行;采用性能优越的金属膜片联轴器替代传统的刚性齿式联轴器,确保联轴器运行可靠,易于维护。
Application of Individually Driven Roller in 825 Blooming MillAbstract : For improvement, a group of conveying rollers for material receiving were researched and installed. The rollers was of individually driven type and as an extension of conveying rollers for receiving. Each roller was driven by a motor and its speed was controlled by a frequency converter. So in the case of failure on individual roller, the other rollers would not be affected. By adopting of metal diaphragm couplings with superior performance to replace traditional rigid gear couplings , the couplings operate reliablely and were easy to maintain.
