摘要
介绍了一种广泛应用于血液净化设备中的超声波气泡监测传感器,此传感器在血液净化过程中,当血液在体外循环时,对整个回路系统起监控作用;简述超声波及其检测电路工作原理,并对其结构特性作了说明;对传感器在血液净化技术中的临床应用原理、工作条件和安全监测功能进行了深入的分析,给出了详细的电路原理图。采用嵌入式微控制器及其集成A/D转换信号处理功能,结合设备临床操作与应用情况,提出了自适应算法来自动确立报警阈值,克服了环境温度、现场操作等差异,有效地避免了误报和漏报现象。
An ultrasonic air bubble monitoring sensor was introduced in this paper, which was used for blood extracorporeal circulation loop safety monitoring in blood decontamination equipment. Ultrasonic wave and the working principle of detection circuit were briefly reviewed, and its structural features were explained. Detail analyzeswere done on clinic application principle, working condition and safety detection function of the sensor in blood purification. Detailed electric basic circuit was also given. Using embedded micro-controller and integrated A/D convert signal processing function, combining with clinic operation and application of the equipment, self-adap- tation algorithms was proposed to automatically set up warning level, which could overcome the difference resulting from environmental temperature and spot operation and effectively avoid incorrect report and leaking-report.
