摘要
目的本文运用活性碳吸附前处理方法,解决国家标准方法[1]测定辣椒油中的过氧化值时,由于辣椒油中的色素存在而影响滴定终点的判断问题。方法利用活性碳吸附法前处理辣椒油样品后再按照国标法测定过氧化值,其结果与准确度和精密度都较高的自动电位滴定法相比较。结果用活性碳吸附法处理样品后再滴定可以清晰观察到滴定终点;辣椒油试样量在2~3g,用活性碳吸附法与自动电位滴定法结果无统计学差异,结果准确,精密度达到检验要求。结论对于深色油脂如辣椒油中的过氧化值测定首选自动电位滴定法,如没有自动电位滴定仪的基层单位,可以用活性碳吸附前处理方法。活性碳吸附法可以作为国标法测定辣椒油中过氧化值的有效补充。
Objective The article utilized activated carbon pre - treatment methods in determination of the peroxide number in hot chili oil to remove the influence in the end point of the titration as the existing of pigment. Method Pretreatmented the sample though adding adsorbing by Carbon respectively, then determined the peroxide number as the GB, compared the results to method of Automatic potantiometric titration which have a higher accuracy class. Results Treatment with activated carbon samples could be clearly observed after the titration end point titration; With the sample at 2 - 3g, comparing with the result of Automatic potentiometric titration, there was no statistic difference with the result of carbon adsorption, the results of precision and better accuracy met inspection requirements. Conclusions To determinate the carbon adsorption in dark colored oil such as hot chili oil, Automatic potentiometric titration should be the first choice. If the basic unit of Automatic have not potantiometric fitrator, you can be activated carbon pre - treatment. It can serve as a national standard method in the determination of chili oil, acid value of the effective supplement.
