摘要
在钯络合催化氧化乙烯生产乙醛的过程中副产一定量的巴豆醛,并且以巴豆醛-乙醛-水三元共沸物的形式被分离出来。研究用加盐萃取法从此三元共沸物中分离回收巴豆醛的方法。结果表明:在室温下,以氯苯为萃取剂、CaCl2为添加剂,巴豆醛的表观分配系数(K=Corg/Caqu)127。说明用加盐萃取法能将巴豆醛-乙醛-水三元共沸物中的巴豆醛高效萃取至氯苯相。在优化的条件下,巴豆醛的回收率达94%,精馏后得到纯度为963%的巴豆醛。
Crotonaldehyde,as a by-product in the process of palladium catalyzed ethylene oxidation to acetaldehyde,is separated in the form of crotoaldehyde-acetaldehyde-water ternary azeotrope. To recover crotoaldehyde from the ternary azeotrope, an extraction process with adding salt was presented. When using chlorobenzene as an extractant and CaCl 2 as an additive at room temperature, the apparent distributive coefficient of crotoaldehyde (K=C org /C aqu ) is 12 7.As a result of optimal experiments,94% of crotonaldehyde was recovered from the ternary azeotrope.And crotonaldehyde with a purity of 96 3% was obtained by distilling the extract phase.
