摘要 从常州西郊的土样中,分离出三株处理印染废水的细菌。其中1-98和A2为脱色菌,1-98对活性艳红X-3B的脱色率为602%,A2对VB蓝盐的脱色率为984%。4#为降解菌,对苯胺的降解率为961%。三株细菌分别定名为:1-98为固氮菌(Azotobactersp.);A2为假单胞菌(Pseudomonassp.);4#为节杆菌(Arthrobactersp.)。 Three strains of bacteria for treating printing and dyeing wastewater were isolated from soil in the west suburb of Changzhou.Among thethree strains,the strain 1-98 and A 2 which were dye-decoloring bacteria could decolorize reactive brilliant red X-3B and blue salt VB respectively.The efficiency of decolorization of reactive brilliant red X-3B with the strain 1-98 was 60 2%,and that of blue salt VB with the strain A 2 was 98 4%。The strain 4 # which was degrading bacteria degraded aniline with the rate of biodegradation of 96 1%.These three strains of bacteria were identified:the strain 1-98 was named Azotobacter sp.;the strain A 2 was named Pseudomonas sp.;and the strain 4 # was named Arthrobacter sp..
