摘要
在就业压力日趋增大的背景下,保持高就业率的同时不断提高就业质量是高职院校就业工作中的重点。以南通纺织职业技术学院为例,通过调查和学生访谈,分析了高职学生的就业状况,提出应通过学院和学生两方面共同努力来改善和提高学生的就业水平。
With the increasing pressure of employment,higher vocational colleges have laid emphasis on improving the quality while maintaining a high rate of students＇ employment.Taking Nantong Textile Vocational Technology College as an example,this paper,through surveys and student interviews,analyzed the situations of higher vocational college students＇ employment and proposed that joint efforts on the parts of both colleges and students should be made to enhance the level of employment.
