参虫胶囊对实验性糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织内皮素-1(ET-1)和血清丙二醛(MDA)的影响

摘要 目的观察参虫胶囊对糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织内皮素-1(ET-1)和血清丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法制备糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、中药组和西药组,中药组、西药组分别以参虫胶囊、导升明灌服,模型组不用任何药物。测定糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织内皮素-1(ET-1)和血清丙二醛(MDA)含量,以正常大鼠作空白对照。结果正常组大鼠视网膜ET-1及血清MDA含量最低,中药组次之,模型组最高。各组均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。运用中药干预的治疗组大鼠,视网膜病变与模型组和西药组相比明显改善。结论参虫胶囊能够减轻糖尿病大鼠视网膜病变程度,减缓发展进程,同时具有整体调节功能,对糖尿病大鼠视网膜具有保护作用。 Objective To observe the effect of Shenchong Capsule on the content of ET-1 of retina and MDA of blood serum in experimental diabetic rats. Methods The prepared diabetic rats were randomly divided into three groups, including the model group, the TCM group and doxium group. The changes of the content of ET-1 of retina and MDA of blood serum in experimental diabetic rats were observed. The rats in TCM group and doxium group were fed with Shenchong Capsule and doxium respectively and the rats in model group were not given any medicine. Healthy rats were as normal control. Results The content of ET-1 of retina and MDA of blood serum of normal group was the lowest,those of TCM group was lower than the other two groups(P〈0.01). DR of TCM group was obviously better compared with the other two diabetic groups. Conclusion Shenchong Capsule can improve effectively retinopathy of the rats, relieve the degree and development of DR and regulate function in the whole. Shenchong Capsule shows the satisfactory effect of prevention and therapy of DR.
